Description
A kutsinta molder, also known as a “kutsinta mold” or “cuchinta mold,” is a kitchen tool used to shape and mold kutsinta, a traditional Filipino sticky rice cake. Kutsinta is a popular snack or dessert in the Philippines, often enjoyed with freshly grated coconut or latik (cooked coconut milk residue).
The molder is typically made from food-safe materials such as silicone or plastic. It has a unique cylindrical shape with a slightly flared or wider top opening and a narrower base. The design allows you to easily remove the cooked kutsinta from the mold once it’s set.
